Upon completion of bid. A confirmation email will be sent to address provided. If you are outbid, an additional email will be sent to the provided address. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still did not receive a confirmation email, please notify the AHBA Office at 828-299-7001 to confirm a bid.
Developments – If you are placing a bid for a builder (per Rules & Regulations), Please indicated your development name and the Building Company’s Name in your submission. By submitting a bid for a Building Company, your development, should it win the auction, is responsible for purchasing the Featured Development Sponsorship Package in addition to the Featured Builder Sponsorship Package.
