The Asheville Home Builders Association is proud to announce the Partner Program for The 42nd Annual Parade of Home, in October 2023. This unique program offers Associate Members an opportunity to directly market their company’s products and services to Parade Builders participating in the 2023 Parade as well as the thousands of consumers that tour this popular annual event throughout the year. This year we are offering the ability to lock in for 2024 Parade of Homes as well!
For an investment of $450 (or $800 for two years), Associate members may offer a published discount or special offer to builders on a product or service for use in their 2023 Parade of Homes Entry. The available discounts and participating partners will be distributed until May and online for interested/participating Parade of Home Builders until September. The published listing will include your company logo, contact information and description of the discount and/or special offer.

Partner Program Participants receive:
- Inclusion in Parade Partner promotions to all builders from January – May.
- Inclusion in Parade Partner promotions to parade builders.
- Online listing on ParadeofHomesAsheville.com with a discount offer, logo, and contact info.
- Logo inclusion in Partner Sponsors ad in 2023 Parade Magazine.
- Two chances to present to builders at our Parade info sessions in May. (TBD on Dates)
- Your company logo will be included on at least 3 Parade Partner social media pushes.
- Opportunity for a Spotlight on your specific Parade Partner offering, through our social media channels.
- Tags for your products in Parade home will be placed in Matterport Digital Tours, which get thousands of views.
- Recognition on signage display in home during the tour.
- Branding included on promotional emails for 2023 Parade of Homes.
- Ability to negotiate other Parade opportunities with builders.
- Optional designed promotional materials and consultation for your Parade Partner offering.
- 20% off on ads in the Parade magazine for partners.
