About this Project:
An award-winning two-story addition and renovation in Montreat makes room for family with a new kitchen, gathering room, carport, and view-capturing screened porch. An elevator now connects to the main house where we renovated a portion of the interior of the home to expand and move the kitchen into the new space. The project also involved considerable and challenging site work, because it was all rock and with an active spring.
