Costal Craftsman Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel • Project Cost: $167,000
About this Project: Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
This craftsman kitchen and bathroom remodel was needed to update and reinvigorate this seasoned family home. The new kitchen floor plan increased the number of cabinets and optimize the space. The sink was moved to look out of the large bay windows. The refrigerator was moved to a central position along the back wall. We removed the wall dividing the kitchen and living room to open the floor plan. The cabinets are dovetail maple boxed with full-extension, under-mount runner, and soft-close doors & drawers, and stacked crown molding. The additional features include double trash pullout, cutlery dividers, knife drawer, 4-5 tray dividers, decorative end panels, spice rack on door, rev-a-shelf cloud, and 4 pullout trays. New quartz countertops, tiled backsplash, and appliances were installed too. In the bathroom, the tub and shower were removed and one large tiled shower with a bench was installed. New floors, vanity, plumbing and electrical fixtures were selected and installed.
